Terms and conditions
Spark Quest Studio · Effective October 6, 2026 · Version 2026-10-06
These terms apply when you create an account and use Spark Quest Studio to create, review and manage content for brands you are authorized to work with.
1. Your account and brand access
Give accurate account information, keep your sign-in private and use only brands and accounts you are authorized to manage. Tell the Studio owner if you suspect unauthorized access. Brand access and generation permissions are controlled by the owner.
2. Permission for your materials
You confirm that you own or have the necessary permissions for the prompts, images, videos, music and other materials you supply. This includes permission from the people whose likenesses or voices you provide or ask the service to reproduce, and permission for editing, AI processing, synthetic voice or likeness creation, and the intended brand use. Supplying a file does not itself establish those rights. Do not submit material with restrictions that conflict with the requested use.
3. Processing and ownership
You keep any rights you hold in your materials. You give Spark Quest Studio permission to store, copy, edit and process them, and to send them to the creation, storage and delivery providers needed to perform your requests. This permission is limited to operating the service and making, reviewing and delivering your requested content. Your authorized brand team and the Studio owner may access the brand’s materials and feedback. Provider terms may also apply. AI output may resemble other output, and Studio does not promise that an output is unique, protectable by copyright, or free of third-party claims.
4. Review, delivery and publication
You are responsible for checking outputs for accuracy, rights, brand suitability and required disclosures before use. Adding an idea to the queue or a video to Ready to post does not schedule a public post. The workflow may deliver completed work to the brand’s connected team channels. Scheduling, enabling automatic posting or featuring a video in the public portfolio authorizes the corresponding publication. Direct video links may be watched by anyone who receives the link; share them carefully.
5. Responsible use
Do not use Studio for unlawful content, fraudulent impersonation, deceptive endorsements, or to violate another person’s rights. Do not use someone’s voice or likeness without the permissions required for the intended use. Follow the rules of the creation providers and publishing platforms involved in your work.
6. Account records and service availability
Studio stores account information, sign-in and activity records so the owner can manage access, security and support. Brand content, reviews and feedback support the team’s workflow and future creations. Ask the Studio owner about access or deletion requests. The service and its providers may be unavailable or produce errors; keep copies of important originals and review outputs before relying on them. Any paid service or charge must be separately disclosed and authorized.
7. Access and changes
The owner may restrict or suspend access for misuse, unauthorized activity or security concerns. Material changes to these terms will be presented for review before requiring new acceptance. Contact the Studio owner through your existing brand support channel with questions about these terms.
